Natalie Portman strikes lightning with this new Mighty Thor concept design for Taika Waititi’s Thor: Love and Thunder.
A new concept inspired by Thor: Love and Thunder reveals Natalie Portman as Jane Foster in her Mighty Thor costume from the comics written by Jason Aaron. The actress recently landed in Australia to begin work on the sequel, which has already been likened to Avengers 5 thanks to its grand scale and the stacked cast (including Natalie Portman) assembled by director Taika Waititi. The Marvel Studios sequel recently started production as set photos offered a glimpse of what might be an alien world.
The design comes from Instagram artist ‘jackson_caspersz’ and gives us a look at how Natalie Portman’s Mighty Thor costume might look in live-action. Not only does the design give the star the hero’s intricately designed helmet (which also helps mask her identity) but it gives her an impressive new version of the Asgardian armor. Hopefully, when the film eventually debuts in 2022, fans will see Natalie Portman wear a costume similar to this look. Drop down below to see the concept design.
