According to the plot leaks, the chapter is titled Feelings of Incompetence. Teddy explains the concept of incompetence to Isagi and asks if he has ever felt like a worthless human. Isagi replies that he has, but you have to recognize your strengths and keep fighting, which is what it really means to be a soccer player. However, Teddy suggests that believing hard work will ultimately reward people or that their dreams will come true is a lie. He says only a handful of individuals become successful, while others live with the lie.
Teddy reveals the true mindset of England players
He says Isagi telling others to bring out the egoist in them is what arrogant, strong people think is easy. Teddy describes himself as weak and says he can’t become an egoist, even if he tries.
