Alternate Look For Doc Ock In ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ Revealed

Concept art reveals a different look for Alfred Molina’s Doc Ock in Spider-Man: No Way Home.

Out of all the villains that returned in Spider-Man: No Way Home, Alfred Molina’s Doc Ock retained the most from his last appearance. Much of that was due to the de-aging technology used on Molina for the film, but his Doc Ock also sported the same trench coat worn in Spider-Man 2 many years ago.

Spider-Man: No Way Home concept art from Christian Cordella reveals another look for Alfred Molina’s return as Doc Ock was on the table. The art sees Doc Ock wearing a very nice-looking cardigan. Doc Ock’s outfit change in the art might’ve occurred after Tom Holland’s Peter Parker restored the Neural Inhibitor Chip. You can see the surprising look for Doc Ock below.

Here is the synopsis for No Way Home:

For the first time in the cinematic history of Spider-Man, our friendly neighborhood hero’s identity is revealed, bringing his Super Hero responsibilities into conflict with his normal life and putting those he cares about most at risk. When he enlists Doctor Strange’s help to restore his secret, the spell tears a hole in their world, releasing the most powerful villains who’ve ever fought a Spider-Man in any universe. Now, Peter will have to overcome his greatest challenge yet, which will not only forever alter his own future but the future of the Multiverse.

Directed by Jon Watts from a script written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, No Way Home stars Tom Holland, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Tony Revolori, Martin Starr, J.B. Smoove, Marisa Tomei, Jon Favreau, Benedict Wong, Benedict Cumberbatch, Willem Dafoe, Alfred Molina, and Jamie Foxx, with Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire.
