Stranger Things star David Harbour has said that that he is not against releasing Marvel’s upcoming film, Black Widow on Disney Plus.
The coronavirus has affected the film industry in ways that can only be described as unprecedented. As a result of the pandemic, several films have delayed their release dates so their box office hauls won’t be affected by people avoiding theaters. David Harbour’s upcoming film, Black Widow was one such film and many have speculated that the coronavirus may cause the upcoming film to be released on Disney Plus.
While the odds of Black Widow releasing on Disney Plus are relatively slim given the enormous cost of the film, star David Harbour isn’t against it being released on the streaming platform. During an Instagram live stream, David Harbour revealed that he had, in fact, not seen the film and at this point was even willing to watch it on Disney Plus just for the chance to:
“I’m very much looking forward to being in Black Widow if we ever are able to release that movie. I would love to be able to watch that movie too – y’know I have not seen that movie. I have seen some stuff in ADR and it looks really good. And also I was there when we were shooting it and I’m really excited about it. But I would like to see it myself. H—, I would watch it on Disney+.”
