Zack Snyder Reveals Junkie XL’s New ‘Justice League Score

Justice League director Zack Snyder recently appeared on a YouTube podcast and revealed the first clip of Junkie XL’s new soundtrack for the film.

Fans eagerly awaiting the arrival of Zack Snyder’s Justice League on HBO Max were treated to an early Christmas present when the director appeared on TheFilmJunkee YouTube channel and discussed the upcoming film at length with the hosts. But most importantly, he revealed a brief clip of the new soundtrack from Junkie XL. During the same episode, Snyder also opened up about the multiverse that DC has created rather than a completely connected cinematic universe.

Zack Snyder went on to praise Junkie XL’s work on the score, saying that he’s done an “insane job” before revealing that the music instantly impressed some of the Warner Bros. executives during a recent screening. Although audiences will have to wait until March to hear the full Justice League score in the film, the director revealed an impressive clip on the show.

“It’s cool because he’s really done an insane job. We recently just screened the movie for publicity and some other guys on the lot, and the music supervisor from Warner Bros. was saying, he was like ‘Holy smokes, the music is unbelievable. Junkie has just crushed it.’ And yes, he really has, I mean it’s wall-to-wall. I was asking ‘Are we doing an album? Because I want a box of those vinyl, four hours of music.’ I don’t know if we’re doing it, I want to, but who knows.”
