Performers</h2><p>The fellowship is now complete. Although Amazon’s <a href=”//superherohype.com/tag/lord-of-the-rings” target=”_blank” rel=”noopener”><strong>Lord of the Rings</strong></a> TV series has been in production for several months, the streamer has just confirmed the last casting announcements for the show’s first season. According to <a href=”https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/tv/tv-news/amazon-lord-of-the-rings-tv-series-cast-1234976309/” target=”_blank” rel=”noopener”>The Hollywood Reporter</a>, the producers have added Charles Edwards, Will Fletcher, Amelie Child-Villiers, and Beau Cassidy to the series’ roster.</p><p>Not surprisingly, Amazon isn’t disclosing the nature of the actors’ roles. Regardless, their addition to the series brings the ensemble total to a whopping 39 performers. And with a $465 million budget, it’s not like Amazon can’t afford to pay their salaries. The show takes place during Middle-Earth’s Second Age, many years before the events of <strong>The Hobbit</strong> or <strong>The Lord of the Rings</strong> trilogy. Details about the story remain scarce.
