Hawkeye Episode 4 – What Did You Think?!

Warning: There are spoilers ahead for the fourth episode of Hawkeye!

“Such a poser.” There’s no sign of “uncle” this week, but another familiar face has finally arrived. The fourth episode of Hawkeye has debuted on Disney+, and we want to know what the Superhero Hype community thinks about it! This post is a place for all of you to leave your own reviews, thoughts, or anything else you want to say about Hawkeye episode 4.

After getting caught by Jack Duquesne and Kate’s mother, Eleanor Bishop, Clint Barton and Kate Bishop explain themselves. However, they leave out some key details. And Clint also steals the retractable Ronin sword from Jack. Eleanor asks Clint to leave her out of his “case,” but he only promises to keep her safe. Additionally, there’s more to Clint’s wife, Laura, than we’ve been led to believe. When Clint needs info on Sloan Limited, it’s Laura who digs up the info and reveals that Jack is the CEO of the company that launders money for the Tracksuit Mafia.

Given the choice of staying with Jack and Eleanor or leaving, Kate chooses to throw an impromptu holiday celebration with Clint. She brings pizza, ugly Christmas sweaters, and Christmas movies to watch with her idol. Clint also tells Kate that her instincts about Jack were correct. The next day, Kate makes a deal with the LARPers to retrieve Clint’s trick arrows. Meanwhile, Clint confronts Maya Lopez’s right-hand man, Kazi, and tells him to get her to back off. Soon after, Laura contacts Clint and gives him the location of the Rolex stolen from the Avengers’ compound. And inside the Rolex is a roster of current and former undercover operatives, possibly including Laura herself.

Clint and Kate go to the Rolex’s location and discover that it’s actually Maya’s apartment. As Kate fights Maya in the apartment, a masked woman attacks Clint on the adjourning rooftop. A chaotic fight follows, and it ends when Maya flees and the other woman is unmasked as Yelena Belova, the second Black Widow. After Yelena withdraws, Clint forcefully tells Kate that they are not partners and ends their association.
