A popular Marvel crossover fighting game is heavily discounted on the PlayStation Store. The offer gives superhero fans a chance to unite Marvel and Capcom universe characters.
Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite – Deluxe Edition is now available for $9.59 on the PlayStation Store, down from its regular $59.99 price. The deal is available for PS4 owners. Interested players should hurry, as the deal closes on November 5, 2026. Meanwhile, the standard edition is listed at $4.99, and a free-to-play demo is also available.
Capcom’s game was originally released in September 2017. It’s the sixth main entry in the Marvel vs. Capcom series, and brings characters from either franchise for team-based battles. At the time of writing, the T-rated game holds an average rating of 4.17 out of 5 on the PS Store, based on more than 11,000 reviews.
The Deluxe Edition comes with the base game and the full Character Pass. The pass adds six additional characters post-launch, including a premium costume for Sigma, Black Panther, Monster Hunter, Winter Soldier, Black Widow, and Venom. It also packs PlayStation-exclusive bonus content, including the Major Carol Danvers outfit for Captain Marvel.
The fighting game features intense 2v2 battles, allowing players to select teams of two characters. The cinematic story mode campaign follows heroes from both universes as they form an unlikely alliance to stop the fusion of Ultron and Sigma, who seeks to eradicate all biological life. Players fight through story missions to halt the robotic villain while unlocking custom fighter outfits.
Beyond the story mode, players can try Arcade, Training, and Mission modes. Online multiplayer has casual and competitive ranked matches, global leaderboards, and lobbies with spectator support.
The 84% discount makes the Deluxe Edition a great deal for players who missed its original launch price of $89.99 in 2017.
